Gauthami (Neha Jhulka) is a real estate agent in Mumbai. She brokers deals with the buyers and sellers and gets paid commissionwise. She arranges a deal between Gowri Shankar (Suman) of Sri Venkateswara Bank, Hyderabad, and a Seth (Raghubabu) in Mumbai, for the sale of a guest house in Mumbai. As per the agreement, there is three months time for registration. However, Gowri Shankar's son Kiran (T. Gopichand) comes to Mumbai and demands the money immediately. Though Gauthami tries very hard to convince Kiran that it may not be possible to complete the deal early, the latter did not listen and want to complete the deal saying that he needed urgently needed money.
On the other hand, there is a mafia don called Sonu Bhai (Mahesh Manjrekar), who needs an urgent heart transplantation and looks for a person who has a typical blood group called Bombay blood Group. Despite several efforts, the entire mafia gang was not able to get a person with that rare blood group. Incidentally, Kiran has the same blood group and the goons catch him. However, Kiran escapes as he was alerted by the nephew of Sonu Bhai (Rahul Dev), who eyed his property. From then on the chase begins between Kiran, Gauthami and Sonu Bhai's men. In fact, Kiran's father Gowrishankar who started a private bank suffers losses.
The customers attack the bank on learning about the losses demanding the return of their deposits. In order to recoup from it, he needs urgent deposits from other banks to safeguard the interests of the customers. Kiran and Gowrishankar approach a finance secretary Janakiram (Tanikella Bharani) in the Central government who could influence the RBI and he demands Rs 4 crore as bribe. So Kiran reaches Mumbai to collect the sale proceeds which could be given to him. Now, Sonu Bhai's friend Jayadev (Nassar) calls up Chandrasekhar and promises Rs 200 crore deposit. Following a call from his father Kiran meets Jayadev and Sonubhai, who agree to deposit the money but in return wanted Kiran's heart. After a lot of mental struggle, Kiran decides to take away the money as Sonubhai is threatening the Seth against buying his guest house. Finally, Kiran goes to Sonubhai's hotel and takes away Rs 100 crore by thrashing all his goons. He also destroys the lifesaving machine arranged to Sonubhai. The film ends with the death of Sonubhai and Jayadev's suicide as he could not stop Kiran.
